After 12 years of pretty heavy service the swivel tilt mechanism on a couple of my dining room chairs broke. I ordered these replacements and was able to return the chairs to use in short order. These are great, apparently OEM, parts. The service and live help from Dinette Online was also spectacular!

I ordered one swivel/tilt mechanism for my Douglas chair. The mechanism failed after 14 years of service which, in itself, I feel is exceptional. When it arrived after 7 days, I replaced the original with the replacement I received and found it an easy replacement. I now have a new chair, since the upholstery on the chair was in very good condition.
