Dinette Online offers Free Shipping on all products shipped to the Continental United States. All orders will be shipped via common carrier freight for larger orders, and when possible UPS or FedEx for smaller orders. All orders shipped via Common Carrier Freight will be delivered "Curbside Delivery" to the customer's home or business. Curbside Delivery by definition means that the trucking company will park in front of the customer's residence or business and the customer will receive the merchandise at the back of the truck or curb. Our Common Carrier Freight Companies don't offer assistance bringing the merchandise inside the customer's residence or business and setting it up. When ordering a large item please keep in mind that you might need a couple of people to help you unload it.
Whenever possible we will ship smaller items via FedEx or UPS. These companies provide a quick and reliable shipping method for many items that we sell. Depending on your proximity to the shipping warehouse will determine when you will receive your merchandise. Merchandise usually arrives between 3-7 days when using these small parcel carriers.
Common Carrier Freight
Larger items will need to be shipped via common carrier freight. These freight companies specialize in transporting furniture to ensure your order being handled with the proper care needed to get to you in a safe and timely manner. Curbside delivery by definition means the trucking company will park in front of the customer’s residence or business, and the customer will need to receive your merchandise at the back of the truck. Our common carrier freight companies that we use do not offer assistance bringing the merchandise into the customer’s residence or business and setting it up. When ordering a large item please keep in mind that you might need a couple of people to help you unload it. The customer will be contacted by the shipping company to schedule a delivery appointment. Most shipping companies offer appointments between 8:00am and 5:00pm EST (usually 2-4 hour window) Monday-Friday. The customer is responsible for being present for the delivery appointment during the time frame that is agreed upon between the customer and the shipping company. Any customer that is not present for the delivery appointment that was agreed upon with the shipping company will be responsible for paying a redelivery fee.
White Glove Delivery and In Home Set Up

- A scheduled appointment with the consumer with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operation. (Saturday and Sunday where available.) Consumer must call the agent 24 hours prior to delivery appointment to cancel or reschedule a delivery appointment.
- Item(s) will be removed from packaging and inspected for shipping damage, concealed damage, and obvious manufacturers defect before contacting the customer.
- Two-person delivery to the consumer's location (when necessary).
- Item(s) delivered inside the home and placed in the room of choice.
- Item(s) unpacked and packaging debris removed from consumer's premises.
- Furniture assembly and set up in the home.
Shipping to Canada
- A scheduled appointment with the consumer with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operation. (Saturday and Sunday where available.) Consumer must call the agent 24 hours prior to delivery appointment to cancel or reschedule delivery appointment.
- Two-person delivery to the consumer's location (when required).
- Item(s) delivered inside the home.
- Up a maximum of two flights of stairs outside of the delivery address.
- Item(s) will not be unpacked or packaging debris removed from consumer's premises.
- No inspection of the carton contents will be performed before the delivery is made.

Canadian orders are subject to shipping charges based on the size and weight of the item(s) and delivery location. For all Canadian shipments please add 5-7 days to the United States time frame. At this time White Glove Delivery is not available for Canadian shipments.
Canadian Taxes and Duties
All brokerage fees, GST, and duties are paid by the customer at the time of purchase and will be included in the shipping charges. Customer is responsible for paying any additional taxes including Provincial Consumption Taxes.
Dinette Online accepts returns on orders shipped to Canada. However, special orders are always non refundable. Dinette Online's standard return policy applies to all Canadian orders. Shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, GST and any additional taxes are non refundable.
Customer is responsible for inspecting all merchandise at the time of delivery, but if the damage is severe please refuse the item that is damaged only and we will replace the item for you at no charge. Also, please verify that you have received the correct amount of packages by checking the packing slip and receipt when your merchandise is delivered. If you receive damaged merchandise you must make all notations on the freight bill and notify Dinette Online within 72hrs. If the damage is severe please refuse the item that is damaged only and we will replace that item for you. If the item damaged is minor (scratched, nicked, scraped, seat torn or dirty) please accept the item and make notations on the freight bill and your furniture will be repaired or replacement parts will be sent to you at no charge. If your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect we will either replace the part that is defected or we will replace the entire unit if needed free of charge.
